An ancient graveyard.
Monuments and markers tell
Tales of family.
An ancient graveyard.
Monuments and markers tell
Tales of family.
Oh, what should we seek,
happiness or contentment?
A different world…
One leaf bud breaking,
new horizons unfolding.
Springs emerging day.
Pointing your finger,
Placing blame where it belongs!
Looking in mirrors.
American life,
Where even poor seem rich, free,…
But not for dreamers!
Not nautical or civil,
this cloudy night no twilight!
No horizon, no star sight.
Out of the depths,
of anger, angst, despair, loss –
springs forth renewal.
Families divided,
time, place, actions, faith,
life out of balance!
i open myself
up, lifting you upward,
to the light, upward…
